Checking-in for Others and Yourself
The act of checking-in can be seen primarily as a team culture reflection or see how our peers are doing in our day-to-day lives. In a digital age where we do have more outreach in communication, there’s more to checking-in according one’s agenda, and ensuring a safe place for healthy conversations.
Normalise Doing Things Alone
The ability to go on about your day alone can be daunting for some, and for others it’s an act of liberation. We idolise the need to have someone by our side yet we don’t idolise the self-actualisation of facing things alone.
Your Impact is Everything
Having an impact on people's lives is an everyday thing but it could mean the deterioration of our own if set in a negative light. It is hard to carry on when the work you do or values you held strongly sometimes is undermined through the words of others.
Gratitude and Mindfulness
Let’s touch our roots in living a gratitude life with the added hint of mindfulness. I express why being grateful, and being a little mindful in our days can intuitively inner-heal ourselves and embark on bettering ourselves to get ourselves where we want to be.
Feeling Disposable
Why do we feel disposable at times in our personal or professional lives? In this episode, I talk about how we can recognise it and cues in rectifying ways to understand why we feel this way.
